The hotel offered decent rooms with some drawbacks, such as old baths and stained carpets, but overall clean and cheaply furnished. The unbearable heat in the room was a major discomfort. The convenient location as a base to explore the Peak District was a highlight, though there were instances of missing basic items like towels. The dining experience was mostly positive, with a few delays and higher prices. The facilities were adequate, but some issues were noted.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were a wonderful size and starting to upgrade, making them cozy and comfortable. The food was excellent, and the lovely little courtyard added to the charm. I will definitely stay there again.
The hotel had some drawbacks like noise from the petrol station and loud music from an event but offered clean rooms with a very comfy bed. The staff was helpful and the hotel was conveniently located for sightseeing.
